The axis of evil – “Anatolian Eagle-2023” in Turkey – F-16 fighter jets of Pakistan Air Force participate in the exercise

Flight tactical exercise “Anatolian Eagle-2023” begins in Konya, Turkey. F-16 fighter jets of Pakistan Air Force as well as air and ground personnel also participated in the exercise. The annual Anatolian Eagle exercise is being hosted by the Turkish Air Force.

The international exercise is one of the largest and most complex joint air exercises in the world. The aim of the exercise is to promote mutual cooperation between the participating countries as well as provide opportunities for joint training.

Exercise Anatolian Eagle provides an opportunity for participating air forces to test their operational readiness, against the backdrop of real air combat.
Air forces of Pakistan, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and United Kingdom participated in the seventh edition of the exercise. In view of the contemporary strategic situation, this exercise will improve the capability of Pakistan Air Force for joint operations with friendly countries.
