The military parade for the 201st anniversary of March 25, 1821 included for the first time the four newly acquired Greek Rafales appearing in the Athenian sky and were joined by another four of the French Air Force, who were airborne by the French aircraft carrier Charles de Gaulle in order to join the aircraft and helicopters that will fly through the country.
The Greek fighter aircraft Spitfire of the HAF also participates in the parade. It was reconstructed by the Niarchos Foundation and was accompanied by a Greek F-16.
