The adventure of the 14-year-old who had disappeared from Thessaloniki on March 10, 2022, ended, as she was located in Egaleo. A 32-year-old man from Pakistan has been arrested in connection with the case.
The detainee was located by men of the Egaleo Security Department in a random check. It was found that in the car of the 32-year-old was a minor girl who had been reported missing by her parents on March 10, 2022 at the White Tower Security Department.
The man from Pakistan was taken to T.A. Egaleo and a case was filed against him for kidnapping a minor. The police informed the mother of the 14-year-old about the location of her daughter, with her requesting the criminal prosecution of the 32-year-old, while she stated that she was unable to come to Athens to pick her up.
By prosecutorial order, the temporary supervision of the minor girl was given to the “Child’s Smile”. The 14-year-old underwent preventive medical examinations at the “Agia Sofia” Children’s Hospital, while the 32-year-old was taken to the Athens Prosecutor’s Office.
