Indian security agencies are growing concerned as they foresee Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s use of Pakistan-based terror groups in aggressive plans against India to boost the Turkish president’s popularity among South Asian Muslims.

The substantial rapprochement, at the military level, of Cyprus-Greece with India, beyond the bilateral interest, also has a strategic depth, as it is related to the wider geostrategic developments. It is evident that India intends to implement a tripartite defense cooperation between Greece – Israel – India and with the possible participation of the USA. An allied defense scheme, introducing new security data in the Eastern Mediterranean region and beyond.
