A 28-year-old foreigner was arrested on Friday 6/5, in Skala, Laconia, as part of the spontaneous procedure and in accordance with the aggravating provisions of the legislation on insulting the sexual dignity of a minor.
The crime was committed in the morning hours of May 6 against a 14-year-old citizen, in a barber shop in Skala, Laconia.
The perpetrator after his arrest was taken to the Prosecutor of the Court of First Instance of Sparta. A case was filed against him and he was released after a regular trial.
According to what notospress.gr reports, the 14-year-old went to the barber shop to get a haircut. But the barber, a Pakistani by origin, locked the door, lowered the curtains and in a half-naked state tried to have sex with the 14-year-old who, frightened, managed to get out of the barber shop.
